2 weeks and still no money
I deposited around 120 pounds and after playing for a while I had a win of 150 which i decided to withdraw after about an hour I had an email asking me to send verification documents I sent the first lot on the 29th of October and was told they had been recieved and security were looking at them since then they have repeatedly requested the same documents stating they have not recieved even though each time I check with agent to make sure they have arrived and even talk about personal things in documents ( I have all correspondence to prove this ) on last count I have sent my id utility bill bank statements bank card divorce certificate national insurance mobile bill and internet bill over 30 times ! Each time I'm told to wait for them to be checked and then within a day I'm asked to send again I really am at my wits end I have used a number of online casinos and have never had this problem before
