27.07.2020 I registered to Slotsmillion and made my first deposit with a 100% Welcome bonus. I deposited 200€ and got 200€ bonus money. I played with 5€ bet Secrets of Atlantis from Netent and made my wagering requirement to final and after that my account balance was 2046,15€. I was able to make withdraw because my wagering requirement was complete and I made withdrawal and next day I noticed that withdrawal was abandoned. I went to live chat and customer servant told me that they will not pay my withdrawal because I have abuse their bonus terms. First I thought this is some kind of joke because in my opinion I haven't done anything wrong or nothing out of the ordinary. In that time I was very new on online casinos. But after that I started to watch famous youtubers and twitch streamers who play slots. And I noticed that they also play same games with thousands of spins trying to win like I did. I dont remember how many spins I played Secrets of Atlantis but that wasn't like 10000 spins.
