I signed up to JackpotStrike and deposited at the same time. My bonus was 100% of my deposit and 50 spins on davinci's diamonds. I recieved the match right away. Went to look at the selection of slots to play. And there are only 6 slot games I can access. There was nothing stated that being from canada I would have very limited play. And i mean very limited. I had to wait a day to contact support .But did respond by email right away with my disappointment. So finally reaching support. I told them my issue and the support said they would credit my spins to another game of my choosing. So i choose one of the 6 slot games available and was told after waiting about 15 mins that they could not be credited to that game they could not be credited to any of the 6 games. So again i told support of my disappointment with the site. And that i would have preferred my money returned but told support i knew that would never happen. Support told me they were going to pass it up to another department and hopefully they would be able to credit the spins manually. It never stated anywhere that i would only have access to 6 games. Even when depositing and it asked which bonus i would like it never stated Hey your from Canada you dont get davinci's diamonds. I just think that really sucks when they suck you knowing you'll just waste the money on the 6 crap games your allowed to play. Very disappointed.
