No response to my emails regarding verification/withdrawal request
I deposited money into Irish Luck Casino and have a balance of $6,000.00 that I want to withdraw but their support department is not replying to my e-mails or telephone calls. I sent my documents and was told that Irish Luck Casino cannot wire funds to my American bank because Irish Luck Casino does not have an American bank to wire the funds through. I have used my bank account with other online casinos without any trouble in the past but I can't with Irish Luck Casino. I have emailed them multiple times if I can instead use different methods such as MoneyGram, Western Union or just transferring my withdrawal amount back onto my credit card but they do not respond back to me right away. The "withdrawal" function does not allow me to request my money until they okay or verify my information first. I have tried calling them and they have advised me to email them instead. I am frustrated with this online site. They are quick to take your money but make you wait forever for a withdrawal.
