I have been playing on grand mondial casino for a while now and had no complaints till now. Recently I won $5000 and cashed out. then I put $150 on the casino and picked a bonus that they were offering me and when I tried to cash it in they will not follow through with there part of the deal and give me the bonus that they offered. I feel they are punishing me for winning. Iam not made of money so I play when they offer me a deal to get more out of my money. So why era they giving me such a hassel. If they don't want to give me the bonus's they offered me then they shouldn't offer the deal in the first place. And stop making me feel like I DID something wrong.
