Waited (myself emailing daily and getting responses that didn't address questions) a week for information regarding a withdrawal
Eventually told that despite closing account I will be paid as per terms and conditions $3000 week/6000month
Received first funds in Euro. My Bank transfers Euro causing extra fees
Conquer casino says they pay in Australian and then say they pay in Euro because their bank is based in Europe (I bank transfer overseas and am aware that it is simple to choose the currency you send money in)
I then ask that they pay in increments of €3000 if they are sending me Euro as that still complies with their terms and conditions (quicker withdrawal/more cash/less payments=less fees) They refuse.
In total, will be 7 months+ to receive funds, and due to them not sending the money in the currency that I played in I will lose over $1000.
When closing an account with conquer casino, the funds remaining in the account are to be returned within a reasonable timeframe to the casino (it does not state that you'll be paid in $3000 increments).
