Pushing people to gamble again

On the 1th of January I have requested a withdrawal of 1900 euro , I have send an email to customer service about my withdrawal he told be it take 1 day to be approved and he mentioned in the email I can also cancel my withdrawal I didnt know that so he pushed me to gamble and lost my money as website of gambling they should gamble again after they requested theirs withdrawal I am raising this complaint them
